Professional bodyboarder Jeff Hubbard has lived in the water most of his life. His family and tight network of ocean goers on Kauai would have surfboards, fins, boogie boards and eyes on everyone in the surf to keep folks safe and have fun.
Thanks to his love of family and water recreation, Jeff would go on to a successful career and sponsorships in the professional bodyboarding realm, earning world titles and even creating wave-bodyboarding stunts or tricks that would inspire future generations.
Hubb’s Keiki Fest 2024 is a bodyboarding contest held in Waimanalo’s Sherwoods for kids aged 16 years of age and under, with categories for Juniors, 12 and Under, and Tandem (parent/guardian and child riding on bodyboard together) on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
Free registration and limited to space allowed. It’s open to the public to cheer on the youngsters and teens who have discovered their love for bodyboarding!
