You have ways to keep healthy in your office space – be it at school, at a jobsite, or home – while it was good when you first created it, you can change it to better suit how your lifestyle is today.
I write “today” as what I had in place a year ago is not what I am using in August 2026!
There are different keyboards and the computer monitors are of different size dimensions. The distance for each one are relatively fixed so to adjust for my sightline, I usual change the font size of the display or have my reading glasses on hand.
It may seem like a lot of additional effort though I include these items because in my recent past, I didn’t acknowledge that I could adapt to the space AND adjust the space to suit me.
