Meghan Trainor is embracing a new chapter of health and confidence, and she’s not shy about sharing the journey. After sparking buzz with her appearance at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards, Trainor revealed that major lifestyle changes, including the use of Mounjaro and working with a dietitian, helped her achieve her current fitness.

The singer, now a mom of two, said her transformation was driven by a desire to be her healthiest self for her children and herself. “I’ve never been more comfortable in my body,” Trainor shared, crediting therapy, strength training, and mindful eating as key pillars of her progress.

Following the births of her sons, Riley and Barry, Trainor committed to building a sustainable fitness routine — lifting weights three times a week and maintaining a protein-rich diet. While Mounjaro aided her appetite control, Trainor emphasized that consistent exercise and nutrition were critical to her success.

Playfully noting that she’s on a mission to “grow her booty back,” Trainor continues to focus on strength and body positivity. With husband Daryl Sabara as her workout partner, Trainor proves that perseverance, balance, and self-love are the true keys to transformation.
