Freak’s Store, the uber-popular Japanese retailer, known for their collaborations with various brands and iconic artists including 2Pac, Jamiroquai, Nas, Marvel Comics, My Melody and more, has announced that Billie Eilish is the latest artist to be featured in one of their collab collections.
Freak’s Store features on a blend of vintage and contemporary styles, with a strong focus on American culture and lifestyle, and they also offer their own original items centered on both casual men’s and women’s wear, homeware, signature Frogman figures, and accessories. Freak’s Store clothing and merchandise often emphasize a vintage aesthetic, with classic cut-and-sew constructions, faded washes, and understated graphics that evoke a nostalgic feel, which makes them aptly suited for a collab with Eilish.
As Hypebeast reports, the upcoming capsule, which drops mid-July, features a duo of relaxed beige T-shirts commemorating the artist. While both offerings feature a print of Eilish’s face, one option specifically pays homage to her latest album HIT ME HARD AND SOFT. Meanwhile, the second piece features a gradient print.
The collection was unveiled shortly after Eilish announced new dates for her ongoing tour, supporting her latest album release. The new dates kick off in August with two shows in Tokyo before returning Stateside and closing it out in late November.
The Billie Eilish x FREAK’S STORE collection is set to release in mid-July.
