The weather so far into 2022 has us all on our toes! This is our winter season: rains, cooler temperatures, occasionally gusty winds.
The forecast for today, Monday, January 3, is rains and possible thunderstorms for Oahu. Looking at the rest of the week, forecasters say isolated showers by Wednesday with Sunday bringing more consistent sunshine through out the day.

If you are able, create a rainy day bag for your vehicle or office that has clothing you can change into if you are drenched by sudden rains. Maybe a clean set of socks, sneakers or slippahs, a hoodie or shirt, jeans or pants, and undergarments. A large clean towel is great if you do not want to pack a set of clothing and footwear.
While it does take some space, you will feel better to change out of your soaking wet ensemble, especially if you are just starting your work or school day!
