Governor David Ige held a media conference today about the updated International Travel guidelines that the Federal Government will have in place as of November 8, 2021 and how the State of Hawaii will align with them. The official Hawaii State Department of Health’s HawaiiCovid19 site will be updated as well as Honolulu County’s OneOahu.org as Governor Ige talked about the shift on outdoor seating for restaurants, bars, and social spaces that will allow greater flexibility with seating.
