Five Letters and Six Guesses: Wordle and other “like Wordle” creations!

First, WORDLE got love from the world then was promptly picked up the New York Times (my streak of 36+ games won has gone away…). You can scroll down to the video to learn how to play.

If you like it, here are more to keep you occupied until the next game is available as these usually have a “new game at midnight” timer!

Next game I found was TAYLORDLE, created by a fan podcast of Taylor Swift, so words that are associated with Ms. Swift and/or her music.

Soon after, HULIHUA was in my Twitter thread! This will help sharpen your spelling as okina and kahako are included.

My current favorite is WORLDLE – note the “worLd” in the name – that is by shape only within continents. Fact about me: I love maps! Can I read them or remember places…not really. Below is how I fared today #TryAgainTomorrow:

If pictures and shapes are your jam, GLOBLE is one that works best on a desk top or lap top. You guess the country and through a series of “hot or cold” via a color scheme, you can prove how well you know your geography…
