From home, I repurposed a glass yogurt jar for my pens, reading glasses, scissors:
This is some rose scented face mist. IDK if it is working or not, to keep my skin from drying out though it feels refreshing when I use it!:
Standing while I am talking out loud and while I type, most of the day. This footstool helps me from getting too tired, adjusting my stance without really thinking about it. If I’m in need to a stretch, I’ll walk around the office for a minute or more:
Two keyboards. (Well, I just got a third so I can use another counter in my radio studio for different work duties when I’m not using my voice! It helps me to switch gears.):
Hydration, note taking, a banana a day, my headphones and Grogu!

I move my plants around. Pothos have been hit or miss with me. Sometimes they flourish and other times they behave like bonsai trees, remaining ever miniature 😉 Hand sanitizer, a box of tissue and the paper bag held my breakfast today!
