Ozzy Osbourne officially closed the chapter on his storied live performance career with a thunderous farewell in his hometown of Birmingham, England, on Saturday.

The 76-year-old rock icon reunited with Black Sabbath bandmates Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, and Bill Ward for one final show, aptly titled Back To The Beginning. The epic 10-hour spectacle, hosted by Jason Momoa, drew rock royalty and thousands of fans, all there to honor the Prince of Darkness.

The event featured performances from Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, and Steven Tyler, with surprise appearances and video tributes from the likes of Dolly Parton, Elton John, and Billy Idol.

In a powerful closing moment, Osbourne—seated on a skull-adorned black throne—delivered fan favorites like “Crazy Train” and “Mama I’m Coming Home.” Despite battling Parkinson’s and years of health struggles, his charisma and spirit remained undiminished.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Osbourne told the emotional crowd.

Though physically frail, Ozzy’s legacy as a pioneer of heavy metal and a true showman remains stronger than ever. As one fan put it: “Only Ozzy could sit in a chair and still steal the show.”
